Well HAI thar!
Its almost 1 week since it and i’m only just getting around to writing my post expo journal XD
But HEY its better than some people >.> (I enjoy reading post expo journals... and SOME people haven’t got theirs up yet)
SO! Instead of doing my Brecht essay for Theatre studies like i’m supposed to be doing now! (is going to fail her college lol NOT) I’m going to write my post expo journal!

I’m so glad i decided to go as Bakura both days, the yugioh troop were awesome! <3

Saturday
I got up at about 5.00 on Saturday morning, unearthly hours for someone like me DX IVE NEVER SEEN A CLOCK AT THAT TIME BEFORE!!! ....(except from at Lu’s... when me, sean, emi and Liz were only JUST going to bed XD yay for shinra drinking nights!) I got into my bakura costume... and guess what! I found out i only had 3 rolls worth of duct tape left for Sunday DXX. Then after shaking everyone else in the house awake we set off for Doncaster train station. (its cheaper there)

We arrived and skipped past the expo to drop off our bags at the PTI. I spotted a marik on the underground on the way to expo XD they were like “OMG BAKURA!” And Link gave me a hug >3<.
Finally after getting my brother to change into his team fortress gear (he was dressed as the soldier), we jumped back onto the DLR to get to expo. We’re lazy. We didn’t walk. Once we arrived we instantly spotted the Team Fortress guys, so i ditched robin with them XD And ran away. Many people stopped me in the hallway to take pictures, i met the previously Obnoxious Celtic guardian, who threw a book at me TT.TT I’I’ll but as they headed into the actual expo i needed to get a ticket. So i queued up.

But i got to jump it a bit, when some bakura fangirls decided they wanted me to stand with them XD
After 2 hours of queue DX I went inside, there was much rushing about looking for an Ichigo plushie for one of the girls before we came across Jaden, Yuseii, Marik and another Bakura under the GIANT 5Ds Sign DD8. We hung around there for a LONG while XD before moving around.
I didn’t buy anything that day and just hung about.
We went up to the bridge afterwards to have a photoshoot, Robin hoped i would spazz a little like last year when we went past the Demyx time crew in their Halloween town photoshoot. But i didn’t XD. (I’ve noticed they have started doing a lot of LK quotes lately in their journals lol SUSPICIOUSSSSSS) Jaden FELL OVER!!! XD MUCH LOLS
There was also a young child who had the Yami Yugi dress up kit! 83 HE SAW ME IN THE LINE AND WAS TERRIFIED BY ME DX

That evening after waiting an hour and a half for mum and dad to get back to the hotel so i could get changed, I went over to room 608 where i met Emi and crew XD
I made lots of friend amongst them and my vexen muse was awakened XD

Sunday
Much of the same.
I was amazed at how well my Season 1 Bakura cosplay was. I got photos taken by the cosplay corner (which you have seen) and this year i didn’t look a spazz in them... i might upload my vexen ones from last year DX maybe.
I hung around with the same guys, we had our GIANT COSPLAY DUEL!! Of which i got summoned as the trap card “Many bakuras” by bakura with 3 other bakuras. But then i was sacrificed by my Ryou DX DAMN YOU!
We stayed at expo until the ENTIRE BUILDING closed.
I baught things that day, for a change. XD
My loot: A duel disk system!!! (tm), Lucky star artbook (turns out the DVD in there is the full series, but no subtitles, so just Japanese XD), Axis Powers Hetalia YAOI! 8D (i’m going to take this to college to show gabby and maybe Emily) England x America (anyone seen the latest episode? ITS TOO CUTE!!! D8). And a SHITLOAD of sweets. XD Not to mention 3 books from the £1 manga store for next Itadakimasu!
Then i went back to emi’s room again, and we met Marluxia the GRACEFUL ASSASSIN XD Further tormenting of my Vexen muse began.

Halloween
So tonight i plan on being Zombie/mutilated bakura for lols and to scare young kids. I’ll get pictures up i swear!!!

May Expo 2010
So we have the hotel room booked and all of the money for travel ETC sorted. We’re officially SORTED XD
Well we need to save the money evidently TT.TT
But its only like £50 each so far for us to get there and back and stay at the hotel. D8 WELL BE FINE!

I’m taking these two by prior arrangement:
Saturday: Bunny Bakura.
Sunday: Black Mesa (Will be entered into a masquerade for a small Portal/Halflife skit along with as glados)

Halloween @ LoungeOn1

Tomorrow Lounge On 1 at York College is holding a halloween kinda party thing, so me and gabby are going in our gothicy clothing and im going to be wearing some form of a wound... i'm thinking neck wound.

Expo in 1 DAY! - The Plans

DDDD8 1 DAYYYY!

I cant sit still!

Anyway, this is how things should be running:
On Saturday i will be waking up at 4 am in the morning to get into Bakura, and putting make up etc on. That will take me about an hour before i finally kick everyone out of their own beds and chuck the bags in the car. We should be setting off at 5.50 to get to doncaster and on the train for 6.50. Then once at london we'll be making a mad dash through many underground stations to get to the Excel Building. At that point hopefully i'll be able to ditch my bag with the 'rents and go off to the Expo... but the likelyhood is that i'll go with them to the PTI first and grab a key for later.
After that, once i arrive and have got through the doors to expo, i'll spend a good 30mins looking around and seeing whats there before deciding what i want to waste some money on.

Then at 5pm I will be heading outside where i will meet up with whoever from the Yugioh group meets up for a photoshoot on the bridge. Hopefully it will be dark by then! 8D
Then at 6pm, the night dueling will start and i'll be forced to bring out my monsters... then be shunned for the fact that my deck is made up of almost entirely ILLEGAL cards >.<
Some time after that i'll give an angry buzz on the phone and ask what PTI room she's in to gatecrash. 8D
